Our own sample preparation guarantees quality and flexibility
Sample preparation lays the foundation for a high quality materials testing. In the mechanical processing of the material to be tested the utmost care must be taken. If for example high pressures or high temperatures affect the workpiece, the material properties can be significantly changed. The test results would thus be correspondingly distorted.
Therefore we decided from the beginning to use our own sample preparation. Thus with the help of our modern 3 and 5 axis CNC machining centres we have quality, dimensional accuracy and machining time of the samples under control during the entire testing process. In addition we are able to customize our testing equipment and tools.
We have a 3.2 ton crane system and can therefore also handle large test specimens.
